SR# 26-00039241: "The garage I am renting has a mini split a/c unit that is covered in black mold. There is also no heat available. There is only one entrance/exit and the one window in the bathroom has permanent bars and a washer & dryer unit outside blocking the window. There is no ventilation in the entire garage or bathroom/laundry area. Black mold also in the bathroom. The ceiling is collapsing and paint is peeling everywhere due to the moisture. I have had several conversations with the landlord regarding the black mold and he has yet to fix the situation. I am concerned that it is affecting our health as the garage smells musty and its hard to breath."
