DELTA PILOTS MUTUAL AID (STE 630) -- Renovation of second generation office suite. one entry door to remain, office layout reconfigured with some new walls, new finishes, new light fixtures. Mechanical & Electrical modifications.

DELTA PARKING LOT (COM)(CC) -- * Lighting Package Remove Existing light fixture on poles A-K. Furnish and install new pole light fixtures on poles A-K. Re lamp fixtures on Pole L and M. Furnish and install New floodlight mounted on top of poles L and M. Re lamp existing fixture for main entry on pole H. * Gate and Access Control Furnish and install race way for access control and gate power. Extend gate power to new location. Provide conduit and pull string for access control. Trench asphalt form existing gate power and access control to new locations. Back fill trench and Tamp. Extend access control wiring and gate arm power. Provide Utility markings and Private locate for underground utilities. Furnish and install conduit from new gate arm location to new key card pedestal loacation. Provide sectional back filling and gravel for vehicle easement.

Concourse C Gate Conversion-Phase 2 (COM) -- Demo existing HVAC System. Purchase and install new HVAC Equipment, Ductwork, Insulation, Controls, Test and Balance, and Mechanical piping.

D-Widening South Phases 6&7 Plumbing Scope -- Waste and Vent, Storm Water, Domestic Cold and Hot Water, Natural Gas, Grease Vent for Apron, boarding, and the mezzanine levels. To be completed by end of 2028.

We only do business with hotel clients/guests that are hosting an event (conference, meeting, etc.) that requires audio visual needs for their event. We have a contract with the hotel for a small office (100 sq feet), therefore we do not rent or lease. We share a space with the hotel. We are a separate company from the hotel.
