We are appealing the City of Atlanta Office of Buildings Certificate of Occupancy (CO) issued
for the house that was constructed using Building Permit Number BB-2023-05228, and the
Certificate of Completion (CC) for the swimming pool using Building Permit Number BB-2023-
08726 at 286 Hillside Dr. NW, Atlanta, GA, 30342.
The Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Completion bestowed an illegally private benefit
to the 286 Hillside Dr. NW permit recipients.
