Property Maintenance -- Overgrowth - • Side Yard Overgrowth: Unkept, tall bushes and trees are aggressively expanding on the side of the home, transferring directly onto the neighbor's fence and encroaching into the adjacent property.
• Backyard Overgrowth: The backyard is completely uncultivated and growing extremely tall.
• Public Safety & Pest Hazard: The severe backyard overgrowth has created a breeding ground for pests, resulting in recent sightings of snakes.
• Neighborhood Danger: Collier Heights is an active residential area with a multitude of personal household dogs. The presence of snakes and dense brush right up against property lines creates an immediate area of danger for neighborhood residents and their pets.
