James Jaxon 2953 Ridgewood Rd NW -- We will be installing a new furnace located in the basement. Upflow. Serves the kitchen portion of the main floor. New condensate pan with float switch. Make sure flu pipe and gas line are up to code. Install new condensate pump for this system. There is currently an existing condensate pump that serves both this unit and the second floor unit. We are going to give each system their own condensate pump and run new vinyl tubing for both to the outside. There was at one time vinyl tubing, coming off of the existing condensation pump and running to a waste line inside that utility room. Please remove old vinyl tubing and cap the nipple on pvc waste line.M40 thermostat on the system that we are replacing.
