Install new interior security gates at the existing building entrance and exit points. Scope of work includes securing gate frames/supports to the existing interior floor/walls as needed, installing gate panels and hardware, and connecting any associated low-voltage access control equipment. Work is limited to interior security gate installation and will not alter the building footprint, exterior openings, occupancy, or use of the space. Electrical or low-voltage work, if required, will be performed by a qualified contractor under applicable permit.
