Request for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the first floor of Level Up Cigar Lounge. The first-floor scope of work is substantially complete, functional, and ready for occupancy. All required first floor construction inspection has been completed and approved, with the exception of the remaining Final Building and Final Fire inspection/approvals. The TCO request is limited strictly to the first floor and is being requested to allow Level Up Lounge to begin operations while the remaining work associated with the second floor under the existing permit is completed. The first floor will operate in accordance with the approved plans, approved occupant load, life-safety requirements, and all conditions established by the City of Tampa for temporary occupancy.
