Highly Hazardous -- ***314**** I have corresponded with my building via more that 10 emails, 3 maintenance reports, phone calls and finally a certified letter. All have been ignored. I have been living with this brown sludge leak since I moved in June 1st.

Property Maintenance -- The issue has been reported to apartment management on three separate occasions. Management initially advised that the odor would "go away after a while," but no meaningful corrective action has been taken, and the condition remains unchanged. I am requesting an inspection of the apartment to determine the source of the odor, assess whether it poses a health or safety hazard, and require the property owner to correct any violations affecting the habitability of the unit.
