Property Maintenance -- Dear Code Enforcement, I am reaching out for assistance with an issue that has been on-going for a while. To not repeat information, please read the attached letter from my attorney to Ms. Tan M. Pham dated August 11, 2026, regarding a vacant lot owned by her. This vacant lot is located at 301 Fourteenth (14th ) St NW, Atlanta, Ga 30318. Ms. Pham is an absentee property owner and speaks limited English. She has been difficult to communicate with in the past. I think she is one of the owners at a restaurant called Big Boss Chinese located at 100 10th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30309.Also, to save your valuable time, I am offering some other information which you may need: Owner (Fulton County Tax Records) of 307 14th St NW, Atlanta 30318 is: Hazleton Family LLLP NW Attn: Will Hazleton 1704 Meadowdale Ave NE Atlanta, Ga 30306 Tenants located at 307 14th St NW: Van Sant Law H Groves Law, LLC Owner (Fulton County Tax Records) of 311 14th St NW, Atlanta 30318 is: Robert B. Goodman 1908 Carrollton Hwy Temple, GA 30179 I have attached to this e-mail some of the photos of the on-going pedestrian traffic as well as vehicles that in the past have parked on the grass within the Transitional 20’ Buffer. I would appreciate your assistance with getting the property secured so that people are not tempted or instructed by the tenants for their staff and clients to park on Francis St and cut through this lot to the 307 14th St business. I am a retired CPA but still do a considerable amount of work from my home office which faces this Transitional Buffer. This includes community work as well as active participation with an oversight committee in the City of Atlanta Government.
