• Retain the existing louvered canopies & paint them Tongue Torch Red.
• Retain the existing entrance door.
• Retain the existing window that is (far South).
• Replace the existing center order window with a new Mobile Order Pickup Window the same size.
• Apply thin brick to the base of the building.
• Patching and repairing the stucco façade.
• Painting the stucco façade.
