I am reporting accumulated debris and materials on the private property at 3131 W El Prado Blvd. The backyard contains substantial amounts of fallen palm fronds, yard debris, discarded/unused materials and other items scattered throughout the property. The overall condition appears to be poorly maintained, with significant accumulation of materials throughout the rear yard. The accumulation, combined with the extensive vegetation and overgrowth, appears to create potential harborage for rodents, insects and other pests. I am experiencing increased pest activity in the vicinity of my property and am concerned that the condition of this property may be contributing to the problem. I have attached photographs documenting the condition and respectfully request that the City inspect the property for potential violations relating to accumulated junk, trash, debris and property maintenance.
