The scope of this application is the renovation and occupation of an existing tenant suite inside Lenox Mall. This particular suite does have an existing outward facing storefront access to the adjacent Mall breezeway from the parking lot located on Lenox Parkway.
(see attached Site Diagram) There are no significant changes to the exterior storefront arrangement. The current storefront is 121 total square feet of exterior surface, with 110 square feet existing as aluminum storefront and glass. While we are altering the
door type, and mullion locations, the overall gross area of the fenestration is the same in the new design as in the original. There are new wooden spandrel panels that match the interior design of the space. These panels reduce the gross storefront area to 66%
of the total area. (see attached elevation drawing)
