Highly Hazardous -- Water leak in closet ceiling on June 12th. Contacted landlord via phone. Landlord failed to address issue, contacted via email on June 19th and sent certified mail on June 23rd. Continued to read a high moisture percentage and July 23rd hired private mold company to inspect and take measurements. Report came back on Monday July 27th, which stated Apartment is uninhabitable and landlord was notified. Elizabeth Dube, due to her mold allergy, went to doctors and was given medication to help with eye swelling. Attached is the mold report, and photos prior to stain blocker sprayed by landlord on Tuesday July 21st.
