Retaining Wall Construction of an approximately 160-foot-long, L-shaped retaining wall to stabilize the sloped portion of the property, prevent continued soil erosion, and improve drainage. Most of the wall will be 4 feet high or less; however, due to the significant change in grade, an approximately 10-foot section will reach a maximum height of about 4.5 feet. The additional 6 inches is necessary to accommodate the existing slope, maintain a consistent and structurally sound wall elevation, and properly retain the soil. The wall will include appropriate foundation, backfill, and drainage provisions and will be constructed in accordance with approved plans and applicable building-code requirements.
