After the fact record to resolve the Compliance Violation noted under CMP-26-0012478.
Damage was done to a tree on the neighboring property while installing a drainage system. Roots were damaged and the tree needs to be removed for safety. Tree is called out as a 30" sugar berry.
SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the irreversible damage of 30" sugarberry from rear left off-site of property, the property owner must remove the tree completely, obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $372, AND plant (1) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (4) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree. Per 27-287.25 (e)
