HVAC NOT STANDALONE PERMIT; CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO SUBMIT SUBFORM AND LICENSE INFO TO BE ATTACHED TO RENO/BASEMENT PERMIT 2026-003871
HVAC SCOPE:
• Install owner supplied Wine Guardian D025 Wine Cooler unit.
• Furnish and install new drain pan and overflow safety.
• Furnish and install supply / return duct, and wall/ceiling boots.
• Condenser air will be vented in storage room.
• Furnish labor to run data cable, room sensor, condensate, and controller.
• Furnish labor to install customer supplied humidifier and condensate drain.
• Furnish startup on wine cooler unit.
• Furnish labor and materials to patch and seal leaking ductwork inside mechanical room.
• Furnish and install new April Aire humidistat and bypass humidifier.
• Remove and re route furnace flue and water heater flue for clearances.
• Re route basement return duct, wall boot, and grille to wall below stairs.
• Furnish and install new Honeywell thermostat and remote sensor.
• Startup unit and check for proper operation.
• Cleanup work area.
