Building 17 Unit 1701, 1703, 1705, 1707, 1709, 1711, 1713 & 1715
Tier 3 repairs consist of complete interior demolition and repair of flood-damaged first-floor dwelling units, including, but not limited to:
1. Complete removal and replacement of interior gypsum wallboard, insulation, ceiling finishes, and interior finishes.
2. Interior doors, baseboards, trim, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and appliances replaced in kind.
3. Electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection components affected by flood damage replaced in kind and in accordance with the applicable Florida Building Code (FBC) trade codes.
4. Damaged wall sheathing replaced in kind.
5. Damaged bottom sill plates repaired or replaced per Structural Detail 1/S200.
6. Where wall and ceiling assemblies are opened to the studs, insulation shall be replaced to meet the minimum R-values required by the 2023 Florida Building Code - Energy Conservation.
