On behalf of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (HCAA), RS&H respectfully requests the cancellation and closure of City of Tampa Permit No. BLD-24-0505184, associated with the Ticketing Level work at 4100 George J. Bean Parkway, Tampa, Florida 33607.
As part of the permitted Ticketing Level work, the following two (2) doors were completed under this project:
• Door B2-5
• Door B2-6
All other doors and associated Ticketing Level work originally included under this permit have been removed from the contractor’s scope of work and will not be completed as part of this project. Please refer to the exhibit below for clarification regarding the completed work and the items removed from the project scope.
With Doors B2-5 and B2-6 completed and all remaining work removed from the contractor’s scope, no additional work will be performed under this permit.
