SR #26-31609 - Concern over food, trash, unsanitary and animals and feces in his yard and ours. Possible rabid raccoon sighting. We have a baby and are concerned for health and safety. After talking to him he still continues to leave out multiple plates of cat food and trash over night. We hear animals fighting every night and find animal tracks and feces in our driveway.
