Interior Renovation - No structural nor floor plan change -- Perform the following renovation work within the existing building and deck footprint:
???Flooring: Remove existing interior floor coverings and install new flooring in the same locations.
Existing structural subfloor and floor framing to remain.
???Interior Painting: Prepare existing interior surfaces, including minor patching, sanding, and priming as needed, and apply new paint.
???Window Casing: Remove and replace existing decorative window casing/trim. Existing windows, opening dimensions, headers, and structural framing to remain.
???Deck Flooring: Remove and replace existing deck surface boards within the existing deck footprint.
Existing posts, beams, joists, footings, railings, and stairs to remain.
???Bathroom Tile: Remove and replace existing bathroom tile in the same locations. Prepare substrates and restore waterproofing in affected wet areas as required. Existing bathroom layout and plumbing fixture locations to remain.
No additions, structural alterations, changes to use or occupancy, or electrical, plumbing, or HVAC modifications are included. All work shall comply with applicable City of Atlanta requirements and manufacturer installation instructions. Remove and properly dispose of construction debris.
