Install one(1) Trane 12.5 Ton Split System, All new square duct work, take offs, flex and grilles. Return Duct will be spiral. Set two(2) Captive Air Make up Units for kitchen hood and all corresponding duct work. Install two(2) Captive Air Exhaust fans on the roof. Roofer to make penetrations(not us) and connect to double wall duct work. Install the Captive Air Kitchen Hood. Install the kitchen gas line, regulators, and gas whips. From the meter as 2" header to all corresponding devices(kitchen equipment, Make up air units).

Upper School Zenith Construction Project -- Remove four Trane Fan coil units, and install new Trane FCUs. Main trunk line duct to remain. New flex duct, supply diffusers, return grilles.
