1. SHEET S5.1 (continuous strip footing detail):
Foundation CMU stem wall shall be reinforced vertically with 1 #5 at 48” on centers, stem wall to be fully grouted. Top #5 @ 48” on center rebar dowel “hook” profile eliminated. Bottom of wall footing to be 12” min. from natural/undisturbed grade. Provide monolithic slab-on-grade thickened concrete 8” x 16” “bell” profile at interior load-bearing framed walls.
2. SHEETS S5.2 and S5.3 (1st and 2nd floor lintel & dowel layouts):
i. K1 (8”x8” cast-in-place column) and KA1 (CMU filled cell reinforcement) revised plan layout provided.
ii. CAD-1 (alternate) detail provided for 8”x8” pre-cast lintel option in lieu of 8”x8” cast-in-place lintels.
