After the fact record to resolve the Compliance Violation noted under CMP-26-0010495
Previous Owner removed damaged tree due to hurricane and left the stump. We (new Owner) hired someone to remove the stump. Following the City's inspector, we are now required to submit for a tree removal permit.
SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the removal of ~32” Laurel oak front of property, the property owner must obtain a tree permit of $159 AND plant (3) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree. Per 27-287.25 (e)
