Honeywill-458 Seminole Ave -- Residential rear yard landscape and hardscape improvements.
Light grading to establish finished grades. Saw cut existing side property line retaining wall approximately 12 inches to a uniform height and apply stucco finish. Construct new dry stacked boulder retaining wall, approximately 65 linear feet by 18 inches exposed height, with drainage. Install rock lined drainage swale. Install approximately 950 square feet of pea gravel walkways and fire pit area with fieldstone borders and decorative boulders. Construct 360 square foot flagstone patio on a 4 inch reinforced concrete slab. Construct freestanding cedar pergola, approximately 21 feet 8 inches by 13 feet 8 inches, on 6x6 posts with concrete footings and stone veneered post bases. Construct L shaped outdoor kitchen, approximately 19 feet by 36 inches by 41 inches tall, and a 14 foot stone veneered bench, both metal stud framed with stone veneer and concrete tops.
