Fencing 460 Oakdale Rd NE -- South property line from back porch structure to existing fence on East property line: install 103 feet of 6 ft tall PT pine dogeared shadowbox fence on 4x4 flat post on S. Including one 4 ft wide walk gate. Posts will be 4x4 PT pine, rails will be 2x4 PT pine, and pickets will be 1x6 P pine. Fence will have approximate 3 1/2" spacing on both sides.
North property line, and along end of driveway to back porch structure: install 131 feet of 4 ft tall PT pine dogeared shadowbox fence on 4x4 flat posts, including one 8 ft wide double gate. Posts will be 4x4 PT pine, rails will be 2x4 PT pine, and pickets will be 1x6 PT pine. Fence will have approximate 3 1/2" spacing on both sides. Remove existing chainlink fence on North property line.
