Pole Barn 24x24 Proposed Construction Description – 24' x 24' Pole Barn
Construction of a new 24' x 24' (576 square foot) pole barn structure intended for equipment and general storage to protect items from the weather.
The structure will be constructed using pressure-treated 6" x 6" support posts and 2" x 8" structural beams. The roof system will consist of prefabricated engineered roof trusses with a 4/12 roof pitch and metal roofing panels.
The pole barn will be constructed as an accessory storage structure and will not be used as a residential or habitable space.
No electrical service, plumbing, HVAC, or other utilities will be installed. The structure will be used strictly for storage and protection of equipment and other items from the elements.
