Scope Of Work -- Drinking Fountain / Bottle Filler
* Provide plumbing rough-in for the new drinking fountain/bottle filler station.
* The existing wall will need to be framed out to accommodate the plumbing.
* Provide approximately a 4-inch cavity between the existing wall and the backside of the new framing to allow adequate space for plumbing installation.
* Once the framing is complete, plumbing rough-in will be performed before drywall is installed.
* The framed wall will need to be completed and drywall finished prior to final installation of the drinking fountain/bottle filler.
* Return after drywall completion to complete the final installation and connections.
Front Bathroom Recirculating Pump
* Install a dedicated hot-water return line from the front bathroom back to the water heater to create a recirculating loop.
* Install the required check valve and recirculating pump at the water heater.
* Connect and test the recirculating system to verify proper operation and circulation.
Permitting
* This project will require the appropriate plumbing permit(s).
* Work will be performed in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and permit requirements.
Scheduling / Coordination
The framing must be completed before the plumbing rough-in can be performed. Plumbing rough-in must be completed before drywall is hung. Final fixture installation will occur after the wall is framed, drywalled, and finished.
