Please accept the submittal of Sidewalk in Lieu application as we cannot comply with a 6’ sidewalk without putting a portion of the sidewalk onto our property which is not permitted as its all supposed to sit in the ROW. There is also a large tree on the property to our west that has a raised root system which wont allow the sidewalk to run flat, a water meter that would sit within the sidewalk and a transformer on the east side of our lot.
