Project Summary
This cover letter is to provide a description of all the new work to be done for the new inline build out of a
Nothing Bundt Cakes location at 572 Hank Aaron Drive. The exterior façade changes include painting the
existing white painted brick, Sherwin Williams Iron Ore. A Bahamas style canopy like the one over Jersey
Mikes and AT&T will be added to the front. The canopy color will be Bundt dark blue PMS 7687C. New
branded signage will be added to the upper portion of the wall. See image below for reference.
