Property Maintenance -- Overgrowth - The property owner has allowed weeds to grow to more than 10 FT tall, especially along the northern property line between the house and the fence. These weeds are rupturing the brand new fence installed on the property line and causing damage to neighboring properties. Please have the owner mow and maintain this area moving forward. He is a slumlord and doesn't like to spend money on his properties.
