After the fact tree permit to resolve the Compliance Violation for the removal of trees were identified as 15" and 21" Pecan and 13" Oak requires 7 type 1 trees are required as mitigation. 3 Penalty trees are required to be paid to the tree trust.
SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the removal of (21" Pecan, 15" Pecan, 13" Oak), the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee ($372), AND plant (3) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (7) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree.
