Speculative Suite 290 CC -- Second generation build-out in a vacant suite within a multi-story office building. The Building Owner is constructing this "speculative suite" with anticipation of leasing to a prospective Tenant at a future date. "Certificate of Occupancy" will be applied or under separate permit set once the Building Owner secures a Tenant and their use of the suite is known. The Speculative Suite project scope consists of: Demolition of interior components, new interior partition construction, new interior glass panels, new millwork, utilization of extended plumbing location with new sink, standard break room appliances, existing lighting and ceiling grid/tile throughout, minor new power/communication devices, and new finishes throughout.
