Deck Rebuild - Strathmore -- Demo the rear deck including the sub deck previously used for storage and stairs for the hammock deck. Rebuild stairs for hammock deck using pressure treated wood only and to the exact same specifications and the previous stairs. Rebuild new deck off back of the home to the exact same speicifcations with the following modifications. New concrete footers to code, 6x6 posts and metal brackets for the the 6x6 posts to connect to the concrete footers. New frame consisting of 2xx10 joists and outer beams using metal joist hanars. new decking boads, black metal railing surrounding the deck and going down the stairs. Stairs leading off of deck to be built to the same specifications wxtending to match the width of the stone patio at the bottom. The current tile landing off of the back door will be coverd by decking to match the new deck.
