The Riviera St. All core life-safety, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems will be fully operational, completed, and tested. A TCO is urgently needed as our current rental lease expires on 8/31/2026, and my wife is scheduled to give birth the first week of September. Securing occupancy prior to August 31 is critical to avoid displacement and ensure a safe, stable environment for our newborn. We appreciate the Building Official’s and Inspection Division’s consideration to grant temporary approval while remaining minor punch-list items are finalized. Inspector Ryan Bickle instructed me to get this TCO application in place, and we plan to call for our final inspections over the next 10 days.
