Install new equipment:
- Carrier Heat Pump Condenser, 2 ton, 15 Seer, R-454b, 230v, 1 ph
- Carrier Air Handler, 2 ton, R-454b, 17"w, 230v
- Carrier Emergency Heat Strip Kit, 5 kw, 230v
- Emergency drain pan and float safety switch.
- Drain lines, condensate pumps, and tubing.
- Metal Supply and Return plenums with R-6 foil backed insulation.
- External filter rack.
- Line set (copper refrigerant lines).
- Plastic pad for outdoor condenser.
- Locking refrigerant caps for condenser. (per code)
- Emmerson / White Rodgers programmable thermostat and low voltage wiring.
Ductwork:
- New duct system for 2 ton unit. Ducts will be ceiling mounted for bottom floor and floor mounted for the top floor. Floors will have separate duct systems and be controlled by their own thermostats. (zoned)
Zone control board, automated dampers, bypass, and sensors added to basic duct design.
- Zoning is required by code for split floors over 400 sq ft each sharing one HVAC unit.
- All registers and grilles included for renovated/added areas. (standard white or brown)
Ventilation:
- Venting of all bath fans. (one up, one down)(termination point TBD)
- Vent for dryer (modify existing vent for new roofline)
- Water Heater flue pipe relocation. (Re-pipe to side of house)
- Vent Hood for existing Range location, sidewall (size of vent TBD)
Gas Line:
- Install new natural gas line for future fireplace.
- Install new natural gas line for future grill location.
- Pressurize new gas lines for inspection.
