ROW Obstruction "The shrubs/trees on the easement of S Clark and W Elrod obstruct the driver view, it is hard to cross safely without inching out into the street. Lots of traffic from parents dropping kids off to Robinson and lots of children walking and riding their bikes down Elrod. I would like the shrubs to be cut back severely so we can see without risking hitting someone or being t boned." Vegetation / shrubs encroaching into the abutting right of way & obstructing traffic view.
