Finishing my basement and doing small addition of about 560 sq.ft (20' W x 28' L) which is connected with my existing basement, new addition will have small living room, small kitchen and door for the entrance into the basement. This addition will have total 5 windows and one entrance door. For this addition, base would be a concrete slab with proper footings and rebar. Upon completion, the total finished basement area will be approximately 1,935.85 square feet. The completed basement will include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, mechanical closet, interior stairs connecting to the existing residence, one exterior entrance door, and windows.
