SR #26-39121 - Apartment buildings gutter, downspouts to include drainage lines are in disrepair, causing excess rain water to spill onto ground and flow into my back yard causing flooding. Gutters have vegetation growing out of them. Telephoned property manager several times relaying this information. No action to clean and or repair gutter to drainage attempted. Photos taken from my back yard during a light rain.
