SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the removal of 26" laurel oak rear of property the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $372, and plant (1) 3" caliper replacement trees, and (4) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees or pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $475 per mitigation tree. Sec. 27-287.25 (e)
