Structural- Two roof trussers 2x4x16 damaged from fire and wall plate needs to be replace ,install new trussers and wood for wall plate according code. Install Fire proof drywall 5/8 one hour ratting on all ceiling that was missing drywall. Fasten all new lumber using appropriate structural fasteners and framing techniques. Plumbing- Remove burnt Vent ABS pipe and install new one according by code. Electrical- Remove damaged wiring in bathroom ceiling and install new main meter box with new wiring that was removed.
