Hillside-Monroe -- This project involves electrical work associated with the interior renovation of an existing two-story building. No work will occur outside the existing envelope. Scope includes:
• Demolition of existing branch circuits, lighting, switches, and devices within the renovation areas.
• New lighting installation throughout therapy rooms, training spaces, restrooms, kitchenettes, and offices.
• Exit and egress lighting and associated emergency battery units.
• New receptacles and power outlets as shown in the construction drawings.
• Branch circuit extensions from existing panelboards.
• Lighting controls including motion sensors, dimmers, and switching as specified in plan E102.
• Coordination and provision of power for fire alarm, access control, and low voltage systems (installed by others).
• Testing and verification of all new electrical systems per NEC 2020 and City of Atlanta amendments.
