The project proposes the relocation of an existing 12” DIP City of Tampa Watermain (documented under UTL-26-0002064) along with two (2) taps to the existing 20” DIP watermain on E Chelsea St. for both potable water and fire service. This project proposes construction of +/- 569,640 SF of warehouses, divided between 5 buildings. This UTL submittal is requesting a looped system to have a meter at each connection. However, the meters service the same buildings and uses. Wastewater is also included in the submittal package. The project proposes the replacement of an existing lift station with a connection into an existing 4” pressurized sanitary sewer main on E Chelsea St.
