MAHJ STUDIOS / SUITE C101 -- Provide all labor and necessary materials to complete the plumbing rough-in in accordance with the provided construction plans and applicable local plumbing codes. Work will include saw-cutting and removal of the existing concrete slab as necessary to excavate trenches for installation of the new underground sanitary drainage system. Plumbing rough-in will include: • Two (2) restroom areas, including required sanitary drainage, domestic water piping, and vent piping for all fixtures shown on the plans. • Kitchen plumbing serving the three-compartment sink, mop/service sink, hand sink, floor drains, floor sinks, and other plumbing fixtures indicated on the plans. • Installation of sanitary waste and vent piping for all fixtures. • Installation of hot and cold domestic water piping to each applicable fixture location. • Installation of required cleanouts in accordance with the plans and local plumbing code. • Kitchen waste piping will be routed through the specified grease interceptor/trap before connecting to the sanitary sewer system. • Restroom sanitary piping will connect to the building sanitary sewer system as indicated on the plans. • Proper sizing, grading, support, and venting of all new plumbing systems in accordance with applicable code requirements. • Testing and inspection of the new plumbing systems as required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. • Plumbing permit for the work included within this scope. All plumbing work will be performed in accordance with the provided plans, manufacturer’s requirements, and applicable local plumbing codes. Provide all labor, equipment, and necessary materials to excavate and install a new sanitary sewer line to serve the building in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and local requirements. Work will include mobilizing a large excavator to excavate the required trench and install the new underground sewer piping. The sewer installation will include: • Excavation for the new sanitary sewer line using a large excavator. • Installation of new four-inch PVC sanitary sewer piping from the building to the existing cleanout location. • Connection to the existing cleanout and transition to six-inch sanitary sewer piping from that point forward. • Excavation and installation of the six-inch sewer line to the existing manhole. • Creation of a new penetration through the existing manhole. • Installation of the new sewer line into the manhole. • Proper sealing and waterproofing of the new manhole penetration. • Installation of required fittings, connections, bedding, and pipe supports as necessary for a complete sewer installation. • Proper grading and alignment of the new sewer line to maintain required flow. • Testing and inspection of the new sewer line as required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. • Permit pricing for the work included within this scope. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable plumbing codes, local requirements, and standard industry practices.
