2 walls from original plan that were thought to be load bearing turned out to be non structural partition walls so this plan shows those wall removals without structural beam installed. Walls were added for a “wine room”, and partition wall was added to make a pantry, and a non structural hallway wall was changed to a half wall. And 3 original windows are being shortened and reinstalled under the original headers with no changes to the structural other than the framing under the window to fill in the dead space. The house is in a historic zone so the original. windows are being re-installed.
