Project Summary:
We, Peachtree Rides, Inc. dba ATLANTA FAIR are seeking a Special
Administrative Permit, Large Gathering Permit and temporary Lane Closure permit. We have been operating the Atlanta Fair every year for 45+ years.
This event will feature amusement rides, food and game concessions.
• Dates / Hours of Operation:
o OCTOBER 9 thru NOVEMBER 8, 2026
Setup OCT 5, 2026 / Tear down NOV 9, 2026
o Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-10:00pm
o Friday 5:00pm-11:00pm
o Saturday 1:00pm-11:00pm
o Sunday 1:00pm-10:00pm
• Tents/Staging:
o There will be no tents, no stages, no platforms, no scaffolding
and no bleachers.
Our layout for amusement rides, portable restrooms, trailers, Water stations, etc are shown in the attached site plan. All rides are inspected by the Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner/Georgia State Fire Marshall.
Perimeter fencing will be installed by "C & C Fence" around the entire event at the back of the existing sidewalks.
