Customer states he is on the 17th floor. States the issue has been going on for months. Caller states he has water on the living room floor at this time due to flooding above.

Highly Hazardous -- Apt 1702 Reporting unit has no working heat or A/C. The HVAC has been out due to this he is experiencing mold and ventilation issue in his home

Highly Hazardous -- Unit 634-Broken elevator, front door is broken and off the hinges and instead of replacing the door he received an eviction notice. Paint is coming off or the tub and sink. It's paint chipping. There are roaches as well. Active water leak in the bedroom, he doesn't know where it's coming from, possibly the AC unit and he has mold now. Fan and light over stove aren't working. Sometimes the hot water doesn't work and he has to take cold showers.
