ZONING SR #26-37956 - I believe the grading and development at an adjacent property has changed drainage to the detriment of my property. Since the work we now have SUBSTANTIAL standing water on our property and along our foundation. I am requesting the City inspector the site, review approved grading and storm a water management plans and determine whether the current conditions comply with applicable city codes and permit requirements . I have numerous photos and videos documenting the grading that has taken place creating low areas along my property, significant standing water on my property and trees that have been taken down.
