Exterior Building Scope
Replace the existing gooseneck light ?xtures with new ?xtures.
Replace the existing recessed-downlight bulbs with LED bulbs.
Remove the existing awnings.
Interior Scope
Install new equipment, including digital menu boards and beverage equipment in the dining and drive-through areas.
Retain and repair the existing booth seating as needed; provide new tables and chairs.
Replace the restroom doors.
Remove and replace selected wall and ?oor ?nishes in the dining area and restrooms, including new polished concrete ?ooring and FRP.
Retain the existing urinal and water closets. Replace the restroom sinks in their existing locations without modifying the existing plumbing layout.
Install new recessed downlights at the service counter.
Replace the existing wall décor.
Install new pendant lights above the booths where the existing gooseneck lights are removed.
