Bob Residence Alteration (RES) -- Stabilize and repair settling foundation by installing foundation piers to load-bearing strata. Stabilize and repair wall movement by installing wall anchors to the affected wall. ALL of this work is being done on the retaining wall by the pool. Thus there will be no changes done to the main house. According to our calculations by the critical root zone we will damage 3 trees potentially with the repair and need the arborist department to confirm this and give us the recompense fee amount. Since we are using hand held helical piers we do not actually believe we will damage any trees but that is up to the arborist department to decide.
