CAU Olympic Kiosk Demolition - Corner of Martin Luther King Jr Dr NW and James P. Brawley Dr. SW (COM) -- The project consists of the demolition of an existing one-story building currently vacant that used to house the CAU Olympic Visitors Kiosk on the campus of Clark Atlanta University. The project includes the removal and capping of all site utilities including gas, water, sewer, and electrical services, partial removal of concrete slab and steps adjacent to the vertical structure, and leveling and seeding the remaining unpaved area. No construction of any kind is included in the project scope of work.
